Overall Accountability for the management of a geographical territory of ENOC/

Responds to the Operations Manager Automotive Services and is also responsible within the territory for achieving corporate standards and objectives in respect to achieving corporate standards and objectives in respect to:

Customer Happiness Index
Through close supervision of the site in-charge the job holder is responsible to set, monitor and
achieve the goals and targets both financial and performance standards and report the same on a daily/weekly as required by the Operation Manager
Principal Accountabilities
1.Financial Accountability
a.Directly responsible for achieving sales revenue, gross contribution and operating cost within the sites assigned
b.Develops and plans the revenue, gross contribution and operating costs for his territory.
c.Assessesa nd reviews actual site performance, making recommendations and agreeing future budget targets.
d.Develops of territory objectives and accountable for their implementation.
e.Sets objectives by Automotive Services Product / Category by Site in order to maximize and initiate regular in site and territory reviews.
f.Minimizes stock loss in line with budgeted targets and acts promptly on any shortfalls/variances within his territory. Recommends remedial solutions.
g.Does territorial analysis on sales, monitor post-promotion impact on the site and feedback anomalies or sales growth success and recommends and works with the Sales unit in devising a strategy for his territory.
2.Staff Management
a.Manages staff movement and assignment within his territory .
b.Identifies areas for individual and technical training and development. Co-presenting with trainers on assigned technical training programs and courses.
c.Ensure training and development records of all staff within his territory are updated and accurate.
d.Conducts regular staff accommodation visits.
3.Site Management
a.Regular timely visits to all assigned Automotive Services sites assessing and motivating staff to achieve standards of customer service, site cleanliness and administration with the Site-in- Charge.
b.Regularly monitors Integrated Management System compliance of the sites and provides recommendation to the Operations Manager on updating and improving the Integrated Management System.
c.Leads site-opening activities in his area and responsible for identifying stocking requirements for the site.
d.Manage site/s rechargeable material and ensure that all supplies are issued in line with company standards.
e.Manage unplanned outside purchases in order to manage gross profit.
f.Monitors the need to transfer assets in his territory, i.e. lifters, tire changers, tire balancers.
g.Manage the facility and equipment operations to maximize cost savings through preventative maintenance program, effective housekeeping program.
h.Assure that Brand and image is presented to the customer. Promote integrity of the Automotive Services name through honest and efficient service.
i.Allotting float cash by site/s volume and requirement. Review and control the petty cash expenses at the site prior to Operations Manager approval.
Additional Principal Accountabilities
4.Environment, Health & Safety
a.Conducting Site Assessment & Inspections of Sites and striving to maintain a site as per mandatory EHS guidelines.
b.Ensures timely reporting of incidents to the ENOC Emergency hotline.
c.Handles EHS related investigations and makes recommendations for improvements in EHS activities.
5.Marketing & Promotional Activities
a.Ensuring compliance with promotional calendar guidelines in his territory as directed by the Sales & Marketing nit.
b.Promptly report to Sales & Marketing any inconsistencies in product; presentation; promotion etc.
c.Research and reporting the activities of competitors in the geographical area of responsibility.
d.Responsible for the implementation of the merchandise plan, promotional displays and customer services for automotive services customer offer within his territory.
6.Communication
a.Responsible to resolve all customer complaints to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.
b.Initiates technical investigation on customer complaints and staff issues while being supported by the Technical Training Manager.
c.Ensures that proper communication is provided and cascaded to both internal and external customers.
Experience
Minimum Requirements
University Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication with English. Other languages – Arabic, Hindi/Urdu also an added advantage
Proven management and interpersonal ability (Hands on retail experience would be an advantage)
At least 5-7years in working in the automotive repair industry or a related field. And having two years of that in a supervisory role.
Superior PC skills and Site System knowledge.
Required to get a UAE driver’s license.
Security Analyst
Job Purpose
The primary function of this role is to monitor the ENOC environment on 24*7 basis and conduct initial analysis’s for events to identify any cyber security threats or attacks on ENOC IT/OT assets. In addition to preforming first response assessment of the cyber Security incident and escalate to Senior Security Analyst for further investigation and response as per approved policies, processes and procedures.
Principal Accountabilities
Operational
• Follow response procedures and other CIC related SOPs based on the incident impact analysis & predetermined response actions procedures
• Acknowledge, analyse and validate vulnerabilities/incidents triggered from correlated events through SIEM or other security solution
• Acknowledge, analyse and validate incidents received through other reporting mechanisms such as email, phone calls, management directions, etc.
• Gain knowledge of existing policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines to prevent the unauthorized use, release, modification, or destruction of ENOC information assets
• Gain an understanding of security risks and controls
• Undertake first stages of false positive and false negative analysis
• Perform analysis of log files to collect more contextual information in order to triage security events
• Review and align priority, severity and classification of security incidents
• Collect contextual information and pursue technical root cause analysis & attack method analysis
• Conduct analysis of the events/incidents to identify potential deficiencies in deployed controls led to the incident to be materialized
• Analyse reported cyber security events and incidents and recommend remediation and improvement actions
• Provide functional support and content development and improvements for the SIEM and other security technologies used by CIC.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to handle cyber incidents as per approved SOPs and management directions
• Participate in post incident reviews and recommend improvements plans
• Investigate, document, and report on information security issues and emerging trends.
• Should be on-call 24 hours per day to respond to security emergences or other related problems
• Should work on shifts schedule which includes weekends
