   As Qatar Duty Free Spa Therapist, your role is to provide guests with luxury spa treatments, ensuring an exceptional level of service and memorable spa experience.
   Nail Technician is to provide guests with nail services, ensuring a memorable spa experience, and to provide excellent customer service in the Spa Boutique, through strong product expertise and by listening carefully to guests’ requirements
   Key accountabilities include:
   Deliver a personalized experience with commercial success whilst representing the spa in a professional and hospitable way.
   Build long term relationships with the customers to maximize return customers through consistent service excellence and provide exceptional after sales service as required.
   Acknowledge, approach and establish customers’ needs by asking open ended questions. Greet guests and explain the process of the spa experience.
   Possess thorough knowledge of spa menu and products in order to assist guests by providing information and recommendations on all products and services within the spa.

   As Duty Free Store Manager you will be responsible to manage and deliver efficient and effective store management by creating a culture of excellence and developing high performance teams to deliver strong KPI performance and world class experience to all guests. Work with Duty Managers to plan effective deployment of resources in line with business needs to deliver strong sales and best guest experience.
   Key accountabilities include:
   Monitor customer service standards in store and work with DMS and Supervisors to deliver “GUEST” service standards to all HIA guests.
   Communicate shop KPI targets to DMS in a timely manner and ensure all DM’s, Supervisors and the team members are aware of KPI targets.
   Review and discuss weekly store performance DMS and identify actions to improve performance.
   Collaborate with other departments to discuss and address department pertinent issues i.e marketing, IT, admin, merchandising, warehouse, learning and development, projects, etc.
   Monitor staff standards in terms of grooming, time and attendance, and general attitude on the shop floor.
   Monitor store standards i.e signages, cleanliness, stocks, lighting, etc. Implement daily checklist and conduct daily store walks with DMS to ensure world class store standards are maintained at all times.
   Manage team performance, conduct people performance management reviews in an unbiased and constructive manner, provide regular feedback and create performance development plans.

2. Shop Supervisor | Qatar Duty Free
   As Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Duty Manager to co-ordinate the shift operations of the shop floor, with a particular focus on Sales, Customer Service, Merchandising of stocks, Staff allocation, Cash spot-checks, Stock Checking, Shift Closing, Customer Grievances, etc. Shop Supervisor plays a role in achieving the Daily/Sales Budget, by directing and motivating the respective team reporting to you.
   Key accountabilities include:
   Assist the Duty Manager in organizing the daily operational shop requirements such as staffing, cash and stocking to ensure that sales are maximized and company policy and procedures are followed by the staff.
   Monitor and addresses any issues in relation to stocks to the relevant party in order to maintain the stock level of the shop and to maximize sales opportunities.
   Assist the Duty manager in carrying out the daily priorities on a shift basis to ensure work flow completed within required timeline.
   Monitor the cash discrepancies of Sales Assistant within the Shop, ensure stock shrinkage does not exceed the budget.
   Conduct on the job training with the new sales teams to help improve their customer service and product knowledge skills to better serve the customer.
   Facilitate random spot checks on tills on a daily bases to maintain the companies honestly and Integrity standards are being applied by our staff.
   Co-ordinate the handover of shift briefings with the Duty Manager, regarding the daily tasks, store conditions, sales, shift coverage, and the day to day operations.
   Complete proper closing procedures per company policy of tills, store in-stock conditions, merchandising, and visual standards for assigned area.
   Handling sales returns and void slips.
   Authorizations of staff discounts whenever required, ensuring employee are not exceeding the monthly purchase limit and consistent approach has been applied to all employees.
   Respond positively to guest feedback/complain, understand guest expectations, brings all complaints to the attention of the Duty Manager or Assistant Retail Manager for future improvement.
   Deputize for duty manager when necessary.
   Communicating on a daily bases with the sales team on special promotions, and new products launches by conducting pre-shift briefings, ensuring the team is well briefed, and trained prior the launch of the new products and promotions.
   As an integral part of Sales team, Shop Supervisor plays a role in achieving the Daily/Sales Budget, by informing their shift of the sale
3. Duty Manager – Qatar Duty Free
   Duty Manager Manages the daily operation of the designated shop effectively and efficiently to achieve sales through excellent guest service and ensuring the security of stocks and cash in accordance with company policy of Qatar Duty Free.
   Key accountabilities include:
   Communicate shop sales targets to sales assistant and supervisors effectively ensuring all staffs are fully aware of the sales target and motivated to drive sales results.
   Achieve shop sales targets on daily basis by the effective deployment of staffs and management of stock.
   Coordinate with merchandising team ensuring necessary stock and consumable is ordered from stores and/ or bonded warehouse for operational efficiencies and to meet sales targets.
   Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
   Managing the team service delivery, ensure excellent customer service are delivered to all guest in HIA, reinforce GUEST model within the shop.
4. Food and Beverage Team Leader – QDF
   Qatar Duty Free is currently recruiting for Food & Beverage Team Leader to with Qatar Duty Free Food & Beverage Department.
   Your role is to assist the Duty Manager and Supervisor to manage the shift operations of F&B outlets, with a particular focus on sales, customer service, merchandising of stocks, staff allocation, cash spot-checks, shift closing, to ensure service standard and customer service are maintained at the highest level.
   Key accountabilities include:
   Co-ordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and direct work of porters and service team member, ensuring all tasks are carried out in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
   Control proper documentation and record of cleaning materials stocks, food management, weekly stock and mark out report in order to be in line with HCE (Health Conscious Establishment) checklist.
   Monitor and addresses any issues in relation to stocks to maximize sales and maintain the appearance of the F&B outlets.
   Assign proper staff deployment on weekly basis to ensure the service sequence is maintained at high standards at all times.
   Do cash spot-check shift basis to ensure cash discrepancies of associates is monitored at all times.
   Conduct shift training as per training plan, to ensure consistent high service standards are delivered and maintained at all times.
   Monitor sales target during the shift and motivate the staff to achieve the sales target.
   Serve all meals and beverage as per standard to ensure the highest quality and consistency at all the time. Order daily requisition by following proper PAR stock and stock on hand to ensure all item are available at all the times as per guest needed.
   Reduce and minimize food wastage by doing proper ordering to ensure cost has been control properly during the shift.
   Check and monitor nearly expiry products to ensure all has been rotate properly to all locations.
   Control food management, including transfer in and transfer out food items.
   Conduct of all cleaning activities within the outlet and Food and Beverage Facilities with assistance of Sanitation team to achieve great hygiene standard.
   Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed b the Head of the Department.
